Lead and manage the Data Profiling & Cleansing workstream within SAP Digital Core Release 4 project, ensuring alignment and milestone delivery across internal and external stakeholders.
Develop, communicate, and track a comprehensive data cleansing roadmap covering Asset Management, Material Master, Finance, and Hydro-carbon value chain data domains.
Coordinate cross-functional requirements gathering, issue resolution, and onboarding to support effective data migration and integrity across enterprise systems.
12-18 years of experience in SAP Project Management.
Experience with JDE or SAP ECC/S4 data models and ERP data transformations including master data standardization, conversion, migration, or cutover.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven ability to manage large cross-functional teams and complex data migration projects within SAP environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills to coordinate among Digital Core ARTs, Business Units, and shared services.
