Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices (Git, CI/CD, testing).
Experience specifically in building and deploying autonomous agents using LangChain and similar frameworks.
Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), retrieval augmented generation, and safety principles including hallucination mitigation.
Familiarity with multiple LLM providers, agent orchestration tools, NLP techniques, container technologies, and agent alignment/safety considerations.
