Own technical onboarding and integration of the Anthropic Claude platform, including tenant setup, API gateway, SSO, SOC/SIEM, and observability across UAT, staging, and production.
Lead formal knowledge transfer from outgoing providers, producing operational runbooks, support documentation, and administering Claude platform & associated products.
Provide L1.5/L2 architecture-level support escalation for critical incidents and partner with governance teams on policy, rollout, and innovation tracking.
Must be Claude Certified Architect – Foundations (or committed to obtain after joining).

Experienced in hands-on GenAI/LLM platform work including prompt engineering, agent design, and integration patterns, preferably withClaude Code/Cowork/Design/Agents.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement, able to support governance forums and deliver consulting/advisory engagements.
Familiar with FinOps practices, ITSM (ServiceNow), and managing AI solution transition from proof-of-concept to production.
