Experience with digital transformation, business systems, or digital solution deployments and defining business requirements.
Experienced in managing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement in global operational contexts, preferably in manufacturing or operations environments.
Skilled in partnering with digital/IT teams to deliver business solutions that support operational excellence frameworks.
Familiarity with KOE, Lean, or Performance Management frameworks and comfortable working in a global matrix organization.
