Proficiency in Python or similar languages for data pipeline development and experience with messaging/event-driven architectures (Kafka, MQ).
Demonstrated hands-on expertise managing operational data at scale within financial services, especially in client lifecycle, financial transactions, or document management.
Experience developing robust, reliable data pipelines, APIs, and implementing data quality frameworks with an exceptional attention to detail.
Capable of working proactively to identify and resolve data issues in a global, cross-functional environment involving both technical and business teams.
