Manage projects and initiatives focused on Laboratory Instrument connectivity systems such as Chromeleon and Empower.
Serve as the bridge between business requirements and technology solutions by delivering end-to-end solution engineering (requirements to release).
Provide support and technical leadership for complex IT systems within QC Lab Connect and participate in on-call support after training.
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience in systems or business.
At least 2 years of experience administering, troubleshooting, and deploying chromatography or lab systems.
Technical troubleshooting skills including Windows OS, DCOM, Active Directory, firewalls specific to chromatography systems.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Experience working with laboratory workflows such as Environmental Monitoring, Raw Materials inspection, Standards/reagent management, QC testing, and stability testing.
Comfortable interacting with multifunctional teams and global stakeholders including Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, and QC laboratory.
Knowledge of GxP/CSV validation (21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11), data integrity practices, and audit readiness for lab systems.
