Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
5–8 years in Quality or Performance Engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in performance testing.
Proficient in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner, NeoLoad).
Experience with performance testing on on-premises, SaaS, cloud, and enterprise distributed systems.
Experienced in end-to-end performance engineering including workload modeling, capacity planning, and performance optimization across infrastructure, application, and database layers.
Familiar with integrating performance testing into automated CI/CD pipelines and leveraging AI-assisted testing tools for productivity.
Strong analytical and mentoring skills to lead teams on performance practices and engage with multi-disciplinary stakeholders for performance risk mitigation.
