Design, develop, maintain, and enhance out-of-the-box data connectors and parsers for CrowdStrike Next-Gen SIEM to ingest data from third-party security products.
Set up and maintain test environments for security products to validate data connectors and resolve ingestion issues, including providing on-call support for critical incidents.
Collaborate with internal and customer-facing teams to troubleshoot data ingestion problems, define logging standards, and document integration methods.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of experience in cybersecurity and SIEM integrations, including developing data connectors or ingestion pipelines for SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, Exabeam, or QRadar.
Experience with security data formats (Syslog, CEF, LEEF, JSON, XML) and log processing/shipping tools like Cribl or Splunk forwarder.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go.
Experienced in hands-on cybersecurity data ingestion pipelines and integration methods with knowledge of multiple security product domains (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, CASB, etc.).
Skilled in troubleshooting and maintaining robust ingestion systems in complex, production environments with direct customer interaction.
Able to leverage AI technologies to enhance workflows, decision-making, and efficiency within security data integration processes.
