Own and lead the end-to-end QA strategy for a scalable enterprise data platform, including defining test frameworks and governance.
Validate data accuracy and integrity across Raw, Silver, and Gold layers; perform source-to-target reconciliation for batch (AWS Glue) and real-time (Amazon Kinesis) pipelines.
Develop automated data testing frameworks; ensure performance optimization and scalability of data pipelines and queries in Snowflake; support report rationalization and Power BI report validation.
8-12 years of experience in QA / Data Testing / ETL Testing with 3+ years in QA leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, AWS Glue, Amazon Kinesis, SQL, and Python (preferred).
Experience validating batch and real-time data pipelines and working on enterprise-scale data platforms.
Experience validating Power BI reports and knowledge of medallion architecture (Raw, Silver, Gold layers).
Experienced QA lead with expertise in enterprise-scale data platform validation and automation.
Strong background in data reconciliation, data quality frameworks, and testing across batch and streaming data pipelines.
Familiarity with insurance domain data (Policy, Claims, Billing) and regulatory reporting, audit, and reconciliation requirements is advantageous but not mandatory.
