Plan, coordinate, and supervise site preparations and installations of SHS software products and related hardware ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements.
Manage project activities including resource planning, installation execution, documentation of acceptance tests, and final handover to customers within agreed timelines.
Interact with customers, contractors, internal teams, and third-party vendors to resolve issues, monitor installation progress, and provide regular status reporting and documentation management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
3-5 years of project management experience in IT equipment, capital equipment, healthcare business, or equivalent experience managing SHS IT products as Support Engineer.
Preferred project management certification (PMI or equivalent) - candidates with certification given added consideration.
Willingness to travel up to 70%, fluent in English and local language; availability to work normal and non-normal hours as required.
Experience managing end-to-end installation projects involving software and hardware in capital equipment or healthcare domains.
Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders across contract, technical, and operational aspects.
Comfortable working with structured project management tools (Task-Ray, Dashboard, Gantt charts) and adhering to industry health & safety regulations.
