Own end-to-end delivery and operational management of IT infrastructure managed services across data center, network, cloud, and end-user computing domains.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, budgets, and governance frameworks while driving operational stability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead infrastructure delivery teams including staffing, resource planning, and service improvement programs including automation and cloud adoption.
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with at least 5 years in a service delivery role related to infrastructure.
Experience managing complex IT infrastructure environments including contracts for Managed Services.
Hands-on knowledge of on-premises infrastructure and managing 3rd party hosted Data Center setups.

Experienced in managing infrastructure delivery involving server (Windows/Linux), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), network services, and security operations.
Comfortable working within ITIL-based service management and governance, handling escalations and executive reporting.
Prior exposure to Public sector clients or government domains is advantageous but not mandatory.
