Lead planning and delivery of Engineering Cloud Migration initiatives within the Engineering Cloud Migration Agile Release Train (ART).
Serve as Scrum Master for two or more Scaled Agile teams, managing program ceremonies, development stories, testing, and release activities to meet timelines and budgets.

Work Timings: 3 PM to 12 AM IST with availability required between 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM US Eastern Time for cross-location meetings.
Experienced in leading multiple Scaled Agile teams and large cross-functional teams in a financial services environment.
Strong business acumen, decision-making skills, and ability to manage resources, vendors, and offshore teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization requiring clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
