Own the technical assessment, planning, and execution of SaaS Investment Management System (IMS) upgrades for clients, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption.
Lead testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to validate system performance and resolve upgrade-related issues.
Produce and maintain upgrade documentation, provide technical support during deployments, and facilitate knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
Minimum 6+ years of relevant industry experience in Financial Services Investment Management or related systems.

Experience with Charles River IMS or similar trading/investment management systems highly preferable.
Experienced in leading end-to-end system upgrade projects with coordination across technical and non-technical teams.
Technically proficient in database management, scripting, automation, and system performance monitoring with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Comfortable interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and maintain high service standards in financial technology environments.
