Own implementation, configuration, roll-out, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM modules including SSP, Purchase Order, Order Management, GOP Inventory, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management and Supplier Qualification Management.
Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, design workshops, and functional solution delivery for Oracle SCM, including configuration of BPM Approval processes and global multi-country rollouts.
Conduct testing (Unit, String, End to End, Regression), data conversion via FBDI/ADFDI/Web Service, and OTBI report building to ensure seamless integration and compliance with client business processes.
Minimum 4 years of Oracle Fusion SCM experience with hands-on in SSP, Purchase Order, Order Management, GOP Inventory, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Management and Supplier Qualification modules.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree; Bachelor of Engineering or MBA preferred.
Experience in implementation, configuration, roll-out, and application maintenance & support within Oracle Fusion SCM environments.
Excellent English communication skills mandatory; experience working with client and onsite teams for global solution delivery.
Demonstrated expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) standard business processes within Oracle SCM modules.
Capable of managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM configurations and complex business process re-engineering for multi-country rollouts.
Strong analytical and functional skills in preparing configuration workbooks, functional specifications, test plans/scripts, and performing data conversions and report generation.
