Own end-to-end factory sourcing activities for assigned projects, ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) commitments from suppliers.
Monitor full project procurement budget lifecycle, supplier progress, and adherence to internal tools and project requirements.
Lead coordination among sourcing, quality, and order fulfillment teams to meet procurement milestones and resolve supplier-related issues impacting project timelines.
Bachelor’s degree or college education with additional certification in Supply Chain.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Industrial or technical environment and/or sourcing.
Proven experience in Buyer, Order Fulfillment Manager, or Project Management roles managing complex multi-discipline projects.
Proficiency in procurement tools such as ERP/SAP, MTA Gates, KPI Bowler, and strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
Experience in Power generation, Nuclear, or heavy industrial manufacturing sectors, preferably with turbines, generators, or rotating equipment.
Strong project management skills including planning, risk, budget, contract, and claim management.
Ability to coordinate multicultural, multidisciplinary teams without direct authority and operate effectively in multi-stakeholder environments.
