Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
5–8 years of Quality or Performance Engineering experience, including at least 3 years in performance testing.
Proficient with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, Gatling, Locust, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
Experienced in testing enterprise-scale, on-premises and SaaS/cloud distributed applications with strong knowledge of workload modeling, scalability, and capacity planning.
Skilled in multi-layer performance analysis including UI, APIs, databases (preferably SQL Server), and infrastructure monitoring using observability tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or New Relic.
Demonstrated ability to build automation frameworks, embed performance testing into DevOps CI/CD processes, and lead performance engineering mentoring and cross-team collaboration.
