Own and enhance the enterprise data catalog by collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure accurate metadata documentation and governance.
Support onboarding and scanning of source systems with the Data Capability team to leverage data catalog and technical metadata for governance activities.
Provide training, guidance, and manage escalations related to metadata processes and serve as a subject matter expert on the Informatica Metadata tool.
3-5 years of experience in a data-related role, preferably in financial services.
Postgraduate degree is required.
Experience with metadata management tools such as Informatica Axon or Enterprise Data Catalog (preferred; training available).
Workplace model requires working at the designated office at least three days a week (hybrid work).
Experienced in enterprise data governance frameworks with strong understanding of metadata, data quality, data lineage, and stewardship concepts.
Ability to proactively engage cross-functional business, technology, and data teams to drive governance initiatives and outcomes.
Familiarity or certification in data governance frameworks (CDMP, DCAM) and proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and Gen AI tools.
