Develop, test, and deploy full-stack AI applications using IBM watsonx and AI/ML frameworks for HR use cases including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and workforce analytics.
Build and maintain integrations and workflows between HR platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow, including development of APIs, microservices, RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs, operationalize AI solutions, monitor model performance and bias, and ensure security and compliance within the HR ecosystem.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML.
Proven experience delivering AI solutions integrated with enterprise HR or related systems (e.g. HRIS, CRM, ERP).
Strong software engineering skills in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, React, SQL, and cloud-native development (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn), LLM platforms (IBM watsonx, OpenAI), prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and secure API development.
Experienced in building enterprise-scale AI applications specifically for HR technology and processes integrating with platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, and LMS.
Strong execution focus with ability to convert business requirements into practical, high-quality AI solutions leveraging IBM watsonx and modern AI frameworks.
Capable of collaborating across technical and non-technical teams to operationalize AI solutions under governance, security, and ethical AI standards.
