Develop and prototype AI/ML-based automation solutions to improve power, performance, area, and verification quality for SoC and IP development.
Collaborate closely with Architecture, IP, SoC Design, Verification, Implementation, and Design Enablement teams to integrate AI/ML methodologies into ASIC design and verification flows.
Engage with external AI/ML research communities and internal teams to evaluate state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques such as GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, Graph Neural Networks for VLSI CAD automation.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline with strong software development background.
Minimum 5 years of experience in developing complex software projects with proficiency in Python and C++.
Experience with Unix/Linux environments, version control systems (Git, BitBucket), and software development/debug tools.
Strong AI/ML expertise and software background, with excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working on or with VLSI CAD methodologies, tools, and EDA for design, verification, DFT, and implementation.
Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering groups and research communities to drive integration of AI/ML for advanced node SoC designs.
Demonstrated skills in software optimization, automation, and applying AI/ML techniques such as GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, and Graph Neural Networks for complex problem solving in semiconductor design workflows.
