Architect and design applications to run on Azure China/21Vianet and Commercial clouds, providing technical guidance in cloud technologies.
Lead migrations from on-premise to Azure cloud, developing roadmaps for Azure cloud services with Principal Architects and IT Teams.
Collaborate with IT Security and other teams to design and support enterprise cloud architecture, perform technical evaluations, and automate deployment processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience with cloud architecture, systems design and development, and IT infrastructure or software development (networking, application services, distributed computing).

Experienced with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), Azure Portal/CLI/REST APIs, and Agile methodology.
Experienced in designing/building Azure solutions including web UI, API, IoT, data pipelines, or AI/ML, and working with corporate security on compliance and remediation.
