Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in HRMS preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred up to Senior Associate level; location: India.
Prior experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations in global, multi-cultural environments with direct client engagement.
Comfortable managing offshore teams and coordinating cross-functional global stakeholders.
Experienced in Agile/Iterative delivery methods and skilled in client presentations, demos, and workshops.
