Oversee end-to-end production stability across core GTI infrastructure components including Compute, Databases, Backup, Storage, Networks, and associated tools.
Drive incident reduction, major incident governance, problem management acceleration, and ensure change-risk control and production readiness.
Coordinate across multiple teams and vendors to maintain service health, monitor trends, and ensure disaster recovery/start-of-business readiness.
Minimum 10 years experience in technology operations across multi-country, multi-business, and multilingual environments.
Strong expertise in core infrastructure components: Unix/Wintel Compute, Oracle/SQLServer/Sybase Databases, Backup, Storage, Networks, and related products/tools.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge of ITIL service support principles (at least foundation level, V3 preferred) and understanding of COBIT frameworks.
Experience managing large-scale infrastructure operations with exposure to cloud environments (Google Cloud, Azure).
Proven ability to engage and manage vendors and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (CIO, CSO) in banking technology environments.
Strong understanding of bank operations and technology constraints to effectively maintain platform stability and lead incident and problem resolution efforts across global multicultural teams.
