Own and manage global Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) capacity planning, ensuring sufficient resources for forecasted file volumes.

MBA degree (preferably from a top-tier institute).
1-4 years of work experience; ideally 1-3 years in a similar role supporting senior management or COO functions.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of data science, data visualization tools, Excel VBA, or MS Access is a plus.
