Able to troubleshoot complex production issues, tune high-volume online applications, and collaborate effectively across teams including operations and offshore.
Demonstrates leadership by mentoring junior staff, owning delivery end-to-end, and driving process and design improvements in a fast-paced commercial IT environment.
