Own end-to-end processes in general accounting and reporting including journal postings, GL maintenance, tax submissions, reconciliations, and report preparation ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage monthly/quarterly financial close activities and support timely group, statutory, quarterly, and annual results reporting compliant with Indian Accounting Standards and Companies Act.
Coordinate and manage audit processes, internal controls, system reconciliations, and continuous process improvements to drive operational excellence and compliance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
5-7 years of experience in general and/or financial accounting.
English language competency.
Experience with JDE/SAP systems and/or shared service centre experience preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex financial accounting processes within large organizations or shared service centers.
Familiar with Indian Accounting Standards, statutory reporting requirements, and group accounting policies.
Able to handle coordination across multiple teams/system reconciliations and audits in a timely and accurate manner.
