Experienced in managing complex Salesforce projects across Sales, Service, Experience, and Industry Clouds with strategic delivery ownership.
Comfortable operating in a global, multi-timezone environment with executive-level stakeholder management and financial accountability.
Familiarity with AI-driven delivery methodologies and a mindset oriented towards integrating AI tools for enhancing project delivery and team productivity.
