Own end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, purchase order execution, and vendor management for P2P procurement model.
Manage procurement planning, reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS, spend, savings, and vendor performance), and ensure timely processing of vendor payments in coordination with finance and site operations.
Develop and maintain vendor database including vendor evaluation, vendor development programs, rate contract establishment, and conducting training sessions for vendors and internal stakeholders.
3-4 years of experience in sourcing/procurement.
Any Graduate degree.
On-site location: Gurgaon.
Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, 48 hours per week.
Experienced in independently managing RFQ/RFP/RFX processes and closing procurements end-to-end.
Skilled in vendor negotiation, vendor performance monitoring, and supplier database management.
Capable of coordinating across finance, site operations, and internal stakeholders to ensure procurement compliance and timely execution.
