Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
4-7 years of experience in IT consulting, business intelligence, automation, PMO reporting, business analysis, project coordination, data analytics, or IT operations support.
Hands-on experience with Smartsheet for building reports, dashboards, workflows, automations.
Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Office tools for metrics, visualizations, and reporting.
Experienced in working with project/program/portfolio data including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financials, and status reporting across global teams.
Skilled in independently managing broadly defined processes while collaborating effectively with stakeholders in India, US, and EU time zones.
Familiar with governance, reporting automation, continuous improvement practices, and potentially certified in Smartsheet, Power BI, Agile/Scrum, or related areas.
