Ensure timely and accurate processing and resolution of complex FX transactions and multi-currency payments.
Maintain and verify data accuracy, authorization of payments, and compliance with SLAs and regulations.
Prepare and maintain process documentation, train new partners, and act as central point of contact for issue resolution within the team.
Minimum 2 years work experience in related field or investment banking.
Bachelor’s Degree required; B.Com, BBA, BBM preferred; B.Sc Math or BA acceptable.
Good understanding of Foreign Exchange Trade Life Cycle and multi-currency payment processing.
Must be ready to work night shifts and Sundays with proficiency in English and computer literacy (MS Office).
Demonstrated experience handling complex FX transaction processes with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across business lines and with stakeholders.
Capable of independently resolving issues and escalating appropriately, with exposure to risk, audit, and compliance considerations.
