Lead validation, documentation, and quality checks of Master Data Management (MDM) data flows from MDM 360 (Customer 360 / Reference 360) into downstream systems including APIs, batch pipelines, Snowflake, and reporting layers.
Support data reconciliation and defect tracking for financial and regulatory reporting, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms.

7-10 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related roles with exposure to banking or financial services data environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Proficient in SQL with ability to query and validate datasets; familiarity with API concepts (REST/JSON) and cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
Role is hybrid, located in Bangalore; experience with data validation, reconciliation, and documentation required; experience with Agile delivery environments.
Strong focus on detailed data validation, structured documentation, and clear communication within a MDM/enterprise data environment.
Experience supporting multi-system data reconciliation and reporting validation in financial or regulatory contexts.
Comfortable working under senior guidance in an analyst role that bridges business and technical teams, collaborating in offshore/onshore setups.
