Support and enhance cybersecurity posture via compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, NY DFS, GLBA, SOX, DORA), audits, and risk assessments.
Administer and monitor security tools including SIEM and endpoint protection; handle incident response and remediation.
Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) including provisioning, reviews, and audits; develop security metrics and reporting for leadership.
Minimum 5 years experience in IT security, compliance, audit, or IAM roles.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; or two-year technical certification in related discipline.
Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, IAM tools and security technologies like firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection.
Location requirement: Hyderabad, India; Working hours 3:30 PM IST to 12:30 PM IST.
Experienced in regulatory compliance and auditing within cybersecurity contexts, especially governed frameworks like PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.
Skilled in operational security tasks including incident monitoring, root cause analysis, and remediation coordination.
Capable of managing IAM processes within complex organizations and producing security posture reports for leadership stakeholders.
