Proven experience in end-to-end Finance Managed Services deal solutioning and transition management across multiple finance functions.
Strong knowledge of finance processes, controls, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and ERP platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion/EBS.
Education: Undergraduate degree (B.Com/BBA/B.Tech) and preferably MBA (Finance) or professional finance qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CMA).
Experienced in large-scale Finance Managed Services or F&A BPO transitions and operating model design across multiple geographies/time zones.
Strong commercial acumen able to work on deal financials, pricing models, and margin optimization with excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills.
Ability to manage complex transition projects delivering operational excellence and client satisfaction with a focus on embedding automation and technology solutions.
