Govern and execute integration, release, and application lifecycle management processes across Alcon's enterprise SAP landscape to ensure stable and compliant system changes.
Manage SAP transport sequencing, dependencies, conflict resolution, and oversee landscape housekeeping and refreshes in coordination with SAP Basis and infrastructure teams.
Administer SAP Solution Manager (focus on ChaRM and Solution Documentation) and support transition to SAP Cloud ALM while collaborating with functional, technical, Basis, and business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP environments including project delivery and/or production support.
Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM), SAP Transport Management System (TMS), and SAP release, change, integration management processes.
Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST. Relocation assistance provided.
Experienced in complex SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, or hybrid environments with strong operational and governance capabilities.
Proficient in managing SAP change and transport processes in regulated or validated environments such as SOX or GxP.
Skilled at cross-functional collaboration between functional, technical, Basis, and infrastructure teams with strong stakeholder management in global matrixed organizations.
