Relevant experience in Culture & Conduct, Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Communications, HR, Learning & Development, or consultancy within a regulated environment.
Experience supporting small to medium-scale projects across functions, regions, and senior stakeholders in a global environment.
Work Experience Required: Relevant experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking or financial services consultancy preferred but not essential.
Strong conceptual, analytical, and organisational skills with ability to translate data and risk indicators into practical and clear management communication.
Experience coordinating culture transformation or conduct embedding initiatives across large organizations and multiple geographies.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, workshop and engagement delivery, and managing multiple parallel initiatives under time pressure.
