Own the design, development, and implementation of data discovery classifiers and DLP policies to secure organizational data and reduce data exfiltration risk.
Collaborate with cyber security teams and business stakeholders to define and execute data protection strategy, roadmap, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain KPIs, KRIs, and dashboards (Tableau) to monitor effectiveness of data protection controls and support continuous risk mitigation.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems with minimum 4 years experience in related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with minimum 6 years DLP experience.
At least 3 years of experience specifically in data protection and data management.
Strong knowledge and experience in designing/building Data Loss Prevention policies and tools, and data discovery capabilities.
Work Timings: Must be available between 6:00 AM - 11:30 AM US Eastern Time for coordination with US and India teams.
Experienced in integrating data protection strategy across business and IT stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on data loss prevention.
Proven ability to define and manage KPIs/KRIs related to data protection and risk monitoring, and adept in visualization tools like Tableau for actionable insights.
Familiar with compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA) relevant to data protection within cybersecurity frameworks.
