Act as the Workday Talent Acquisition reporting SME and develop advanced custom reports, dashboards, and automated data distribution.

MBA/PGDM in HR, Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
5–9 years of experience in Recruitment Analytics, Reporting, HR Analytics, or related functions.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday recruitment reporting including advanced reports and dashboards (mandatory).
Experience supporting recruitment reporting for large-scale hiring in Healthcare, ITES, BPM, Shared Services, Technology, or Consulting sectors.
Experienced in managing workforce analytics and recruitment reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Strong technical expertise specifically in Workday Recruiting reporting combined with Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate data into business narratives to influence senior leadership and improve recruitment decision-making.
