Accountable for end-to-end factory sourcing activities for assigned projects including from RFQ to delivery ensuring on-time delivery (OTD) commitments.
Monitor and manage project procurement budget lifecycle and compliance with project requirements and internal processes (MTA Gates, KPI Bowler).
Lead supplier award process, track progress, expedite delivery milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams (OF, Buyer, SQ) to meet quality, timing, and budget targets; report project status to management regularly.
Bachelor's degree or college with additional certification in Supply Chain.
Minimum 10 years experience in industrial or technical environment and/or sourcing.
Proven experience managing complex multi-discipline projects with background as Buyer, Order Fulfillment Manager, or Project Management.
Experience in full PO lifecycle, supplier award process, NCR/claim management; proficiency in procurement tools (ERP/SAP, MTA Gates, KPI Bowler).
Experienced in industrial procurement within heavy industrial manufacturing, power generation, nuclear, or rotating equipment industries.
Strong ability to coordinate multicultural, multidisciplinary teams without direct authority in a multi-stakeholder environment.
Skilled in project management aspects including planning, risk, budget, contract reading, and claims with strong communication and structured problem-solving abilities.
