Hands-on skills in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, plus relevant experience in DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes) and cloud scaling (AWS or GCP).
Experienced backend engineer comfortable with advanced HLD, LLD, and design patterns, and skilled in scalable, high-performance web and real-time systems.
Ability to lead technical teams and governance while innovating on tools and architecture within a startup or fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with API design for multimodal clients and integrating ML/NLP engines, with a problem-solving approach and efficient coding practices.
