Lead end-to-end execution of multiple technical programs ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence in manufacturing environments.
Manage cross-functional coordination including engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and quality to drive program success and risk mitigation.
Own stakeholder management involving customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams for issue resolution and program updates across regions.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 7+ years in technical project or program management roles within fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Hands-on experience managing suppliers, external stakeholders, and programs involving New Product Development (NPD) and Mass Manufacturing.
Deep experience with CNC Machining; travel requirement 0-10%.
Experienced in managing complex hardware manufacturing programs with exposure to multi-region coordination and stakeholder engagement.
Strong technical background in manufacturing processes especially CNC Machining, with knowledge of quality systems and supply chain management.
Data-driven and methodical, capable of developing scalable, repeatable processes, and working effectively in under-defined or evolving environments.
