Experienced in managing end-to-end enterprise SaaS implementation projects with a focus on governance and risk mitigation.
Skilled at balancing tactical execution with strategic responsibilities across multiple concurrent priorities.
Comfortable building delivery dashboards and managing handover processes between Implementation and Customer Success teams.
