Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Configuration Items (CIs) and IT assets within the ServiceNow CMDB with focus on data accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and automated population of CMDB data via Discovery, Service Mapping, and external integrations.
Monitor CMDB health metrics, lead remediation efforts for gaps, and ensure CMDB processes support audit, risk, security, and regulatory requirements.
4-8 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow CMDB, IT Asset Management, or related ITSM functions.
Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow CMDB features including CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, and normalization.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality, process improvement, and compliance within ServiceNow CMDB environments.
Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery, system integrations (APIs, data imports), and knowledge of hybrid cloud infrastructure and modern IT operations preferred.
