Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance the enterprise data catalog ensuring metadata accuracy and governance.
Partner with Data Capability team for source system onboarding, metadata management, and governance activities including Data Quality, Lineage, and Critical Data Elements.
Provide training and guidance on metadata tools, maintain up-to-date knowledge of Informatica Metadata tool, and handle escalations related to metadata processes.
3-5 years of experience in a data-related role, preferably in financial services.
Postgraduate degree required; IT and finance-related certifications preferred.
Experience with metadata management tools such as Informatica Axon, EDC, or similar (training available).
Understanding of Data Governance capabilities, processes, operating models, and stewardship concepts.
Experienced in managing enterprise metadata and data governance frameworks in a corporate or financial services environment.
Capable of collaborating cross-functionally with business and technology teams to drive metadata and data governance initiatives independently.
Familiarity with metadata tools (Informatica), enterprise data catalog management, and providing user training and support.
