Develop, maintain, and enhance the enterprise data catalog; ensure metadata accuracy and governance.
Collaborate with Data Capability team and business stakeholders to support data governance activities including Metadata, Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Critical Data Element governance.
Provide training and serve as subject matter expert on Informatica Metadata tool; manage escalations related to metadata processes and support leadership on governance initiatives.
3-5 years experience in data-related roles, preferably in financial services.
Postgraduate degree required; IT and finance-related certifications preferred.
Experience or training with metadata management tools (Informatica Axon, EDC) and understanding of Data Governance frameworks.

Experienced individual contributor familiar with enterprise data governance and stewardship functions within financial services or corporate functions data domains.
Comfortable engaging cross-functional business, technology, and data teams to operationalize governance practices.
Proficient with metadata management tools and capable of providing training and guidance to diverse users.
