Provide technical data management, reporting, and digitalization support primarily for Subsurface, Wells, and WRFM domains within Shell’s Asset Management System projects.
Develop and deliver data insights, digital apps, and end-to-end data pipelines ensuring data quality and integration from source to target systems.
Collaborate with multiple business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design, develop, test, and implement data-driven digital products and solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Petroleum Engineering degree considered advantageous.
Minimum 5 years overall work experience with at least 2 years hands-on experience in digitalization tools like Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Python, Azure App Services, and SQL databases.
Experience in ETL processes involving structured and unstructured data from business applications/data stores.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (including at least 2 years in relevant digitalization tools).
Experienced in upstream oil and gas data management, particularly in Exploration and Development lifecycle familiarity.
Comfortable working on large, complex data sets with an ability to translate business and asset requirements into digital apps and visualizations.
Able to effectively operate in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder agile/scrum environment delivering high-quality digital solutions aligned with industry standards.
