Automation Support Manager

Lead and manage 10-15 support engineers across multiple delivery teams to ensure the effective support and scaling of process automations under the Global Automation Operations Centre (AOC).

Own project and resource management for automation support projects from ingestion to ongoing support, including daily standups, operations metrics reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
