Manage end-to-end administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) including grant creation, vesting, exercises, lapses, cancellations, and exits.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to ensure accurate execution and compliance of equity transactions.
Prepare and validate documentation, handle employee equity queries, conduct audits, and generate reports and analytics on ESOP utilization and compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Equity Administration, ESOP Management, or Total Rewards.
Strong understanding of ESOP regulations, equity administration, taxation, and compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ESOP/equity management platforms is advantageous.
Experience handling employee equity programs in a listed or high-growth organization for sector familiarity and complexity management.
Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Capable of managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships including HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external trustees/vendors.
