Maintain and update resource-related data such as rate cards, utilization targets, assignments, and schedules using enterprise tools and AI.
Plan and execute skills assessments, track contractor extensions, and produce reports on headcount, utilization, compliance, and non-billable hours for management.
2-4 years experience in Business Operations, PMO, or Resource management in an MNC with exposure to technology, analytics, or data management.
Graduate degree in Sciences, Commerce, or Engineering.
Mandatory experience with HR/Finance/Resource Management enterprise applications; Salesforce CRM and PSA knowledge is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint, OneNote, and TEAMS; excellent written and verbal English communication.
Experienced in managing resource data and forecasting in large matrix organizations with use of enterprise tools and AI for bandwidth analysis.
Comfortable working in technology-driven environments with project management and data analytics focus.
Familiarity or background in life sciences or pharma sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
