Lead and execute ESG, EHS, and E&S due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and project finance, including on-site assessments and desktop reviews.
Develop and implement sustainability-related value creation plans post-acquisition in partnership with project management.
Manage project execution, coordinate ESG advisory projects, and contribute to EHS governance frameworks and policy development.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sustainability or related field; Master’s in environmental management is a plus.
