Accountable for collecting, validating, and organizing project data from multiple platforms (AdaptiveWork, Ingenious, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams) to maintain data integrity.
Analyze project metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators to identify trends and provide actionable insights supporting project decision-making.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools for project performance monitoring, budget tracking, and resource utilization analysis.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related field; or Associate degree with relevant analytical experience.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical roles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, and statistical functions.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Experienced in handling data from multiple project management platforms and ensuring consistent data collection and reporting standards.
Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights using advanced analytical and visualization tools.
Comfortable supporting project teams with ad-hoc data requests and developing KPI frameworks for continuous improvement in project delivery.
