Lead and mentor a team of 3+ developers in architecting and deploying production-grade computer vision solutions for video analytics, object detection, tracking, segmentation, and recognition.
Design and optimize computer vision pipelines on NVIDIA GPUs and edge devices including Jetson, Raspberry Pi, ensuring performance and scalability.
Serve as the primary technical liaison with customers, managing requirements, providing consultations, and overseeing delivery and technical challenges.
7+ years of hands-on computer vision experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead or senior role leading a team.
Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, CUDA, TensorRT for developing and optimizing computer vision models.
Experience deploying on NVIDIA GPU infrastructure (A4500, L4, or similar), NVIDIA Jetson (Orin, Xavier, or similar), and edge platforms like Raspberry Pi.
Immediate joiners preferred; Work Mode: 5 days WFO in Pune (NIBM).
Experienced in performance optimization and architecture design for computer vision pipelines on both cloud and edge infrastructure.
Comfortable balancing hands-on development with technical leadership across the project lifecycle.
Familiar with advanced technologies: DeepStream, GStreamer, CUDA/TensorRT optimization, ANPR, industrial vision, Vision Language Models, Generative AI, and related frameworks.
